Stress is inevitable, but managing it is a choice! Discover ways to reduce and control life’s stress with breathwork, aromatherapy, coloring, art-making, journaling, affirmations and free movement with a high frequency dance party with DJ MD.

Rest Fest encourages healing through the arts, mindful activities, and the joy of nature. Discover health practices that promise to align body, mind, and spirit through stretching, restorative yoga, nutrition, massage, reiki, and the power of herbs and holistic medicine.
Chambers Plaza, New Jersey Performing Arts Center’s front lawn, has been redesigned as a new, four-season urban park space. The rearchitected Plaza includes the new Essex County Green, a rain garden, upgraded lighting and flexible seating. All of this enables programs including performances, markets and classes to be held here year-round. Brooklyn-based landscape architecture studio Future Green designed the new Chambers Plaza.
